Produced “à la Bourguignonne”: 8 day maceration on average, sorted and destemmed grape crop, aging 10 months in cask.

TASTING :

Light color, nose of red berries: griotte cherry, raspberry. Woody notes. Palate: fruit, beautiful concentration, lengthy finish with presence of fading wood.
