Cuvée Douce Folie

Rosé made only in vintages that allow perfect sanitary condition and optimal ripeness of the grapes.

Cuvée La Confluente

Blanc de Blancs Millésime 2014

This cuvée originates from a blend of two plots located in the confluence area between the Seine and the Arce, in the Côte des Bar.

Cuvée « De Quoi Te Mêles Tu ? »

Blanc de Noirs

Aged 30 months in the cellar.
Dosage : Extra Brut.

Coteaux Champenois Rouge

Elaboration ” à la Bourguignonne ” : Maceration for around 10 days, sorted and destemmed picking, malolactic fermentation and 10 months ageing in oak barrels.

“Les Devoix”

Coteaux Champenois Blanc

Vinification: 50% vinified in oak barrels.
Tasting : Satiny, luminous and clear colour.

“Cuvée Val Moré”

Blanc de Noirs Millésimé

Vinification: Juice exclusively from cuvees. Malolactic fermentation carried out in stainless steel tanks.
